Off to Oxborough

When Stella and I visited the beautiful Water Gardens at Gooderstone this Summer, we then went on to have a look at Oxburgh Hall. Despite it not being a million miles away from home it’s yet another place I hadn’t got around to visiting.

A friend often goes and then makes me envious with his terrific photos, so while the light was pretty good, the camera came for a walk too.

I’ve only just got round to looking at them as the season has been so busy now that I can get out and about. I’m also trying to make sure that what might be Stella’s last Summer is filled with pretty places and happy memories. Mustn’t get maudlin but I know the doggy peeps understand.

Of course Stella’s not allowed in the grand house but we had terrific walkies around the grounds and through the woodland. Highly recommended.

Anyway, I got a few shots I was happy with so I thought I’d share them with you 🙂

This beautiful National trust property is definitely going to need re-visiting; we loved it there 🙂

Have you got any lovely National Trust places nearby?
