The Prompt Perfection

The Prompt: Perfection

Is there such a thing,
As perfection in our midst?
I believe so when I see,
The seasons turn and twist.

Every perfect petal,
That blooms with each new Spring.
Each and every garden bird,
That wakes me when they sing.

Exploring Summer seasides,
Water, sand, and shells.
Love each inch of coastline,
Oh my heart just swells.

Walking in the woods,
Autumn leaves beneath my feet.
Tree canopy above me,
The feeling can’t be beat.

Winter may be cold,
But there’s beauty to find.
Intricate pale snowflakes,
Leave the mud behind.

Thank you Mother Nature,
For perfection all around.
All my senses satisfied,
With colour, scent, and, sound.
